Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to spemacae@spemacae.org. Cancellation before August 10th 2025 will receive a full refund less a 10% discount cancellation fee to support financial costs. Refunds for cancellations received after August 10th 2025 will not be paid.

It is possible to change the name that will go if informed one week before via email to spemacae@spemacae.org.

All outstanding payments must be received on or prior to the date of the event for participants to be allowed to attend. SPE Macae reserves the right to cancel the registration if no payment is received prior to or on the date of the event

All of our board are volunteers and SPE is a nonprofit organization. Any income from this event will be invested back into SPE to support many other Society programs.

When you attend an SPE event, you help provide even more opportunities for industry professionals to enhance their technical and professional competence. Scholarships, free technical events, are just a few examples that are supported by SPE.
